Request Deletion of Your Data

Users possess the right to request removal of all personal information held, processed within 30 days.

What Data We Delete

Upon deletion request, the following information is permanently removed:

• Your account information (name, email, password hash)
• Your profile data provided during registration
• Your usage history, progress, and activity data
• Subscription and payment records (anonymised for legal compliance)
• Any uploaded content associated with your account
• All session and usage data associated with your account

How to Request Deletion

• Via Email: Send an email to info@omapps.in with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
• Via WhatsApp: Message +91 79755 37072 with your account email and deletion request.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account will be permanently deactivated within 30 days
• All personal data will be deleted from our servers
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
• Some anonymised data may be retained for legal and financial compliance
• Deletion is irreversible — you will need to create a new account to use the service again
