By accessing or using any OMAPPS product or service ("Service") at omapps.in and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms apply to all users including students, parents, educators, and professionals.

2. Description of Service

OMAPPS is an AI solutions company that builds and operates multiple AI-powered products across education, career, and lifestyle verticals. Our products include but are not limited to Synapse, Gramify, HistoGeo, ClassIQ, UpscAI, BankIQ, RailIQ, Shortlyst, TalentLens, and SpaceIQ. The services are provided by OMAPPS (omapps.in), proprietor Samarendra Ch. Deb, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One account per user per product — sharing accounts is not permitted
• Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the platforms

4. Subscription and Payments

• We offer various subscription plans across our products (Free, Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual)
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
• All payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways
• Prices include applicable GST as per Indian law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but no partial refunds are provided

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or resell any content from the platforms
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to scrape content from the platforms
• Misuse the platforms for any illegal or unethical purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on OMAPPS products including AI-generated content, platform design, and branding is the intellectual property of OMAPPS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use content solely for your personal purposes during your active subscription period.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content on our platforms may be generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We recommend verifying important information against official sources. OMAPPS products are supplementary tools and not replacements for professional advice or formal education.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMAPPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
